I live in New Lenox, bought into DVC a few months ago, at AKL, we have 2 trips set for this year (6 night stay at AKL in June 2 bedroom with the kids, and a 6 night stay at AKL in Oct, Savannah studio, just dh and I). I can't wait!!

Thought I'd give this thread a major bump and see who's still out there since I'm still fairly new to DIS. We live in Aurora and our 2nd home is AKV . We bought 100 points less than a month ago which should get the 2 of us through the next couple of years but I'm sure we'll want to add on sooner than later!

We're still out there, too. We currently live in Bloomingdale (for another year or so, then moving to Colorado). DVC members since 07, next stays are Kidani after a July cruise on Wonder with the kids and VWL in November after a Magic cruise (no kids!). Did the Treehouses last October...can't wait to do them again.

Hello from Naperville. Both of us were born and raised in Chicago (SE and SW side) and have lived in Naperville for 32 years. Heading to the Boardwalk in August for a big, 10 night, 12 person family thingie. We'll have 1 2BR and 2 studios. Couldn't do it without DVC!

New members from way up in Wauconda. Grew up in Naperville and DH grew up in Carpentersville. First trip planned in Oct for F&W and 1/2 marathon without the kids! How mean are we to join DVC and go on our first trip alone. We took them in February and plan to all go next June.

Hello from Wheeling,

We bought 200 points at SSR in June of 2008. In Sept. 2009 we stayed at SSR for a week (1st time) followed by a 7 night Disney Cruise on the Magic using our points. Coming up November 13 - 20, 2010 we will be at BLT. We certainly feel that DVC has enriched our lives and allows us some wonderful vacations!
