If it's popping up frequently when you have Internet Explorer on, it's probably a problem with the program.
Next time it pops up, look at the details. Get the error number and do a search in Yahoo for something like "IE error xxxxxx" - you'll probably be able to find something about what's causing it (could be video related, could be Internet Explorer, could be memory related...)
