Last night I made fish for dinner. After we ate I was cleaning up the kitchen and noticed there was a label on the bottom of the fish container. It said "Product of China". So if I become ill I'm gonna blame it on the fish. lol

I have become very aware of labels lately. No more China products here, too darn risky.

Make sure your fresh fish is not from China. The farmed fish are in terrible conditions. The Green Guide has a list of safe wild & farmed fish.

Well that makes me feel a whole lot better....it was farm raised Tilapia. I honestly did not notice a label like that before. I'll keep an eye out now.
