Yes, it's not currently selling out that fast. You should be fine.
The only wild card is whether VQ is still running at that point. I'm assuming ILL will be much harder to get once VQs are eliminated and the wait for this ride in standby has the chance to skyrocket. Currently, with a free option for a less-than-60 wait, the ILL isn't as tempting to a lot of people. If you're comparing it to a 120 standby wait, then the math changes.
