This morning I got to finish my 50th birthday celebration. My goal was to run 50 by 50 and that was crushed.

Today the final part of the celebration happened.....my colonoscopy!!

Not eating for 24 hours, drinking stuff that tasted nasty, not getting much sleep....I had no idea that my 24 hour race was such great prep. What I drank for this actually tasted better then what I drink for ultramarathons.

Everything went fine. I was in the car and heading home 60 minutes after I walked into the changing room to start the process. I did wake up part way through and got to watch some video. Pretty cool.

it is 104 miles from Key Largo to Key West. It's about 45 minutes from Key Largo to Miami, depending on where you start in key west. The speed limit various from 25-50.

This is why we have something called Mapquest. Even Stacey knows how to use that one.

161 miles down U S 1 to key west in 3 hours and 11 minutes just did not seem RIGHT !!!!!! last time (way back when) I drove it top speed seemed like 30 ??????

Jordan's dance recital last night was in Higley/Gilbert AZ. Jared was using a map program in his cell phone, and it told him that we would get home from there at 11:09 pm. I pulled up at the house at 10:45. I guess they thought I'd drive the speed limit.
