Il Mulino Questions

My husband and I are going on a short trip in March for my birthday, just the two of us. I was thinking about booking Il Mulino for dinner on our last night since we'll be at Epcot that day and I've heard wonderful reviews. My questions are:

Pricing says $$$ ($35-59) range, and the menu is currently only showing the NYE menu, but from looking online, it looks like the chicken, pasta, and most other dishes besides steaks are under $30. Am I looking at an old menu or is Disney including apps, drinks, dessert etc. in their price range estimates? I didn't want to plan on ordering a $25 pasta and then get there and find out it's actually a $50 dish.

Lastly, any tips on what timing and transportation would work best for our situation? We're staying at POFQ and will most likely bus to Epcot for the day, then take the monorail to Il Mulino. We want to spend as much of the day as possible at Epcot for F&G, but don't particularly care about seeing Illuminations again. What time should we book our reservation for and what's the best way to get back to POFQ afterwards? I'd like to avoid catching a bus from Epcot at the same time the park is closing since it's so chaotic at that point.

Pumbaa has likely forgotten more than I'll ever know about internal travel at Disney.

We far prefer trattoria on the boardwalk. They make their own pasta!! We have eaten at both and found Il mullino to be super expensive and the pasta and sauce just average. I think taking an uber will be the quickest way to get to boardwalk.

No contest, Il Mulino is the best Italian restaurant at WDW.
If you will be going to Il Mulino from EPCOT, it is only a short walk from the International Gateway. If you go back to your hotel, I would take Uber as there is no direct bus route.
In general, it's not dressy, but most are not wearing park clothes. At least when we were there. It was family friendly.
