IKEA Stoughton...soft opening?

Anyone know if IKEA has a soft opening before the scheduled Grand Opening? And if so, how far in advance?

I rode by there Saturday, wow, that is going to be a nice store...underground parking....I can't it is opening the sign said November 9th, not sure if they are having a soft opening, maybe just for employees and staff

Frenzied madhouse. We have 2 close to me and they were NUTS even for the soft openings.

EDIT, BTW, with IKEA it really isn't a soft opening. It is too hard to hide it!

No soft opening at the one here. The person 1st in line waited more than a week, they gave chairs to the 1st 100 and for one of those you needed to be in line about 24hours before opening. Getting there sometime during the night of opening will get you in the door when they open. Really a zoo here. It's been open a couple of month's and now there are times you can go that aren't so bad.

When the New Haven store opened last year there was no soft opening. The first day was a frenzied madhouse and was all over the news.
