Ikea Clip Frames? HELP!

OK, I'm going out on a limb here, but does ANYONE know how to put these annoying Ikea clip frames together? I love Ikea, but their assembly instructions are SO bad...or should I say, non-existent? Anyway, sounds easy enough, but I can't get them to clip and stay in place.

Any suggestions?
