IHOP near KSC

We are spending one night at KSC (titusville) is there an IHOP anywhere near KSC or the Holiday Inn @ Titusville...the website does not show one but my uncle insists there is...thanks in advance for your help!

The closest one is at 4160 W State Road 520
Cocoa, FL 32926

I've ate at that one, and it wasn't the greatest IHOP that I've eaten at. Not bad....just not good.

Thanks so much, if that is the one at Cocoa Beach, I did not want to drive that far out of the way.......I believe there is a waffle house across from the HI, we will just have to settle for that...thanks again!
