Ignore More Add-on?

Is there a possibility to get the Xenforo Ignore More Add-on added to DISBoards? This Add On allows you to egnore entire threads or forums. So many threads get contentious and it is better sometimes to just ignore the thread so it doesn't show up in any of the feeds or forums. Ignoring forums also makes it so your list of forums has them hidden at the user level.
