ignore list question

Quick question. There is someone I wish to add to my ignore list but am unable to do so. Everytime I try to I get an error, presumably b/c there is a ' at the end of their username.

I would have pm'd someone but I didn't know who was at DISCON and who was around, so I figured this was my best bet.
