ignore :) - Indy Meet Date

Okay, I'm done being a chicken, I decided on the date.
Saturday, June 21

I need to know how many people will be able to come.
We need to figure out where we are going to meet.
We need to figure out who is doing what.
And, are we going to meet afterwards.

Okay, here's what I was thinking, just in case you all don't remember.

We could meet somewhere Saturday morning. Like possibly Cinnabon? Or somewhere else, suggestions????
Some people want to see the zoo, some want to see the Children's Museum, some want to do both, and you may want to do something else entirely.
We could go in groups or whatever you are comfortable with.
Then, maybe we could meet somewhere for a dinner. Possibly the Circle Centre Mall. It's got a Disney Store and lots of places to eat. And whoever has got some energy left can go shopping, or maybe a movie.

How would I find out what movies would be showing then? Does anyone have an idea?

as i said before, that's the only weekend i'm totally unavailable...but that's ok! i hope that everyone has a great time and i guess i'll have to catch another meet at a later date!!

As for a location, I know from personal experience multiple locations makes it very easy for people to be left behind. It's not so bad if the locations are right next door to each other though.

What places would be easy for everyone to find? The zoo and the mall sound good to me (each alone though)

Sorry to disappoint, but we can't make it on the 21st. We're having dinner with disfanatiks, NHAnn, and Mickeyfaniam at the Rose and Crown that day.

That is good for me! I don't care about the location because we'll hit those places several times anyway. Maybe let the out-of-towners weigh in on that since they will be visiting and don't get to see everything our wonderful city has to offer daily. We have family passes to the museum and the zoo so we can get someone in free with us! muahahaha!

I will just have to see what my life is like at that time. That date is less than one month away from my DD's wedding. The big event will be here, but she lives in Indy. If I happen to be there doing last minute wedding stuff, I might drop in.

If that day was just my company picnic there would be a very slim chance, but I think it's the night of the church picnic too...
