Pakey, I live near Austin, in the middle of Texas. No worries about a direct hit, but the rain bands and any severe weather with them are of concern. Yesterday in South Austin, where DH works, there was 6 inches of rain in a short amount of time. There is already flooding, and at least one water rescue that I know of. Here at home, not too much rain, yet, but the chances are high for the next several days. On the bright side, it has brought the temperatures down.

Yes I believe Scotlass is still drinking, errrr celebrating, England's loss in the World Cup.

Snap, I'm doing okay, not great. I have a persistent cough that they are concerned about. The later in the day, the worse it gets. Unfortunately I'm allergic to codiene and all good cough supressants contain it. They think it's allergies that are causing it but I just want it to go away. I hurt so bad from the coughing where the incision is and I'm exhausted. Other than that, I'm plugging away. I have no choice; I have to get 45 people moved into a new building in 6 weeks at work.
