A few years back we were having dinner for DH's birthday at Yachtsman Steakhouse. Ordered my steak medium well and it came out rare. I generally dont send food back but this was extremely rare and since i wasnt on the dining plan and paying for this meal out of pocket i wanted to enjoy it

The server took it back no problem and was very apologetic (even though it was not his fault).So yes if something is not cooked how you ordered it i would send it back.
