I am so frustrated by the price increase and discount decrease, that I did speak with a manager at Member Services today to voice my frustration.

She said that all calls (and she has received many) are documented and sent up to their executives.

So let your voices be heard.
 
When they start bringing back freezers in the studio fridges, I'll have a chance of believing that any of our complaints are being filed anywhere but the circular one.
 

So you want to tie up the phones making everyone calling for DVC reservations wait longer? I would do what Bill suggested, email. Not that it will make any difference, it's mostly out of DVC's control.
