DIRECTED BY D.J. MACHALE, THE STORY IS BASED ON A TABLOID WRITER (STEVE GUTTENBURG) WHO WANTS TO WRITE LEGITIMATELY. HE ALONG WITH HIS NIECE (KIRSTIN DUNST) INVESTIGATE AN OLD WOMAN'S STORY BEHIND THE FAMOUS DISAPPEARANCE OF FIVE PEOPLE, INCLUDING A CHILD ACTRESS AT THE HOLLYWOOD TOWER HOTEL IN 1939. THE HOTEL IS PRESUMED HAUNTED AND GUTTENBERG AND DUNST EXPLORE AND FIND OUT WHY.

Oh, please don't be offended! A lot of people on this board have met in real life and are friendly with each other and like to joke around. They didn't mean offense, I'm sure.

I remember seeing the TOT movie on tv when I was a kid, and I remember liking it a lot. It is great to find things that will help the little ones remember our trips fondly.

We own that movie and I think that has something to do with why my DD doesn't like the ride. She thinks there are ghosts, and she's afraid we are going to die in the elevator. She's old enough to know better, but it still has her afraid.
