Check the Peter Pan line.

Haha, we waited 2 HOURS for that dang ride. We didn't think it was worth it but my mom was determined to ride it after all this time waiting and never getting on.

Oh well, anyway- this thread is basically for random DISNEY RELATED chat, and talking about our favorite rides and bashing on Peter Pan's dreadful wait. :)

Longest line I've ever seen: 270 minutes (that's about four and a half hours), Soarin', on Christmas Day. THIS is why I love FASTPASS and planning. :goodvibes

I mean, I LOVE Soarin', but that's just ridiculous.

I read over on the TPAS board sometime that on New Years Eve either last year or the year before, the line for Soarin' got up to 6 hours long!

The longest line i've waited in was just over an hour to get onto Toy Story Mania. I only tolerated the line because when we first rode TSM, Mr. Potato Head wasn't working, then the other few times after that were fastpass rides. I was in DHS by myself so I got in line to see Mr. Potato Head. It was slightly worth it, plus I spotted a Hidden Mickey, so all was not wasted :p

WOAH! Who in the right mind would wait FOUR AND A HALF hours for that ride? For ANY ride, even! I mean, I love soarin' too, but how in the world did it get that long??? At least they have something to do while in line. (the little motion sensor games) Me and my friend waited for 1 hour and a half for soarin' and played those games but after a while it felt like we were trapped in a prison of impatient chimps. :C Two of those impatient chimps were about two leave (me and her) :headache:

That's unbelieveble. Like, seriously unbelieveable. Are you sure it was SIX?

I have waited about an hour and a half in summer. Were not parade people (depending on my cousin's schedule we don't watch parades unless she is in them) We go ride the good rides during the parades. We can get on and off again in less than 15 minutes.

I dont wait more than 25 minutes during the summer, UNLESS its toy story mania, because that one is unavoidable. We usually do fastpass for soarin, california screamin, and tower of terror. We never use fastpass at disneyland, cuz we dont need it, even in june.

What's california screamin'? ( Iv'e never been to disneyland.) I'm a WDW person... :)

Question of the moment: Which of the 3 mountains is your favorite? Mine would be...Well, my user name can tell you that.

Advice of the Day: Violence is never an option! Unless of course the person you are fighting with makes fun of Disney. :furious:

I've NEVER understood why that line for Peter Pan was so long.... It continuously moves, and the ride is only a minute ans some long.. We have skipped it the last few trips because we refuse to wait for anything. Maybe we'll try fast pass next time and see when the return time is... I hate going backwards.

I never got it either!!!
What happens is, (trust me I see it happen) the ride continuously moves, but the CMs don't let anyone on! They'll let like 1 person/couple/group/family/whatever on the ride per what? 8 boats??
By the way, the fast pass line is like 45 minutes usually. Sucks, huh? :sad2:

California Screamin' is a roller coaster at DCA. It's awesome. It looks like an old wooden coaster, but it's metal and has a loop. It's the only coaster I'll ride that has a loop I can see. :cool2:

Oh. I HATE loops so, nvm. :C

To clear it up, I hate LOOPS I love love lovelovelove roller coasters. (Without loops of course...)

Me and myfamily always get fast passes for the packed rides and go on rides with short lines until the fast passes are ready :goodvibes Has anyone else noticed that It's a small world never has a wait, and if it does, its never over 20 min. The last couple trips i went on the wait was 5 min.! :upsidedow

Funny you say that, last time we went me and my mom and grandmother just now realized that! Even for a ride everyone wants to see and considers a classic, its got a short short line... Last time we went it was 2 min.

Last time I went to Epcot during Spring Break, it was 120 minutes long. Gah...*headspins*

Good thing my Grandma loves that ride and has a handicap pass.

My Grandparents ALWAYS go to WDW with us...even though, they're like, what, eighty now?;)
