If you were to do a trip to WDW and money didnt matter what would you do, and where would you stay?

I would stay where we always stay, at the Poly! We do go all out when we go to WDW. Wouldn't have it any other way!:D

- do every tour I possibly could
- have massges evreyday
- stay for a month and take days off in between
- take a bunch of my friends with me!

I probably have more but I can't think of any at the moment

I'd go when a bunch of my family and DIS friends are there (probably during Mousefest in December). I'd start with a Disney Cruise, and then I'd stay some nights at the GF and some nights at the Yacht Club. I'd go out on the Breathless for an Illuminations cruise. I'd eat at all the table-service restaurants in World Showcase at some point. I'd take some tours I haven't done (like the Segway tour). I'd buy all the souvenirs that I really wanted. I'd go to Pleasure Island with some friends. And of course I'd join the DVC.

We sort of did this on our honeymoon, but I would do more than I was able to do back then...

Stay at the Polynesian, concierge lagoon view for 3 weeks. Ask a bunch of my family and friends a long. Get several tours in. Do an Illuminations and Wishes cruise.

And since money isn't an object, I'd buy into DVC at Beach Club Villas :teeth:

Let's see....the trip would be just DH and I. (We're empty nesters anyway) We'd start with a limo pick up at home. Fly first class with a private limo waiting at MCO to be at our beck and call for the duration. I wouldn't bother with luggage, I'd have my personal shopper pick up everything I could possibly want and have it waiting for me at the GF..concierge level, of course. We'd stay for 16 days and do the parks every other day. Our park days would include every tour possible. Spas, water parks, day cruises, resort lunches and dinners at the most expensive restaurants, one mega shopping day, and one day deciding which DVC and how many points to buy, would fill the odd days. Dream vacations are fun, but so are my budget trips! Looking forward to our next REAL trip...leaving May 2!

Great thread:D I would stay for 3-4 weeks at 2-3 different resorts. I would try some restaurants I've always wanted to eat at, do some tours, and buy some of the high end merch:earsboy:

I would stay at each resort for a few days. This way I could just take in the atmosphere and compare each one.

Take the tours, especially the Backstage Magic all dayer :D

Spend a LOT of time at the Grand Floridian Spa::yes::

Going all out for me doesn't mean spending more for a room. I prefer 1-bedroom villas over suites because they have a washer and dryer in the room. I'd probably pick a 1-bedroom villa overlooking the Boardwalk.

But what I would love to do is to have a special private dinner in either the Haunted Mansion or the Tower of Terror lobby and then a private dessert at either the big pagoda in the Japan pavilion with special viewing area for Illuminations, or at MGM with a special viewing area of Fantasmic. Anyone can arrange to do these things for the right price.

If money were no object and I had the time I would divide the trip up into 3rds.

Start with a Boardwalk Grand Villa for a week and invite family along. Spend the week doing all the tours etc. that we haven't had a chance to do yet (dive tour at Epcot, behind the scenes at Animal Kingdom, etc.)

Then leave for a weeklong cruise on the Magic - in the Roy or Walt Suite.

Last week would be in a beach cottage at Vero to unwind and just enjoy the sun and water.

Concierge level at each of the deluxes for a couple nights a piece. A lot of special events offered, we just don't do them now b/c of the cost per person. Stay as long as it took to get to do it all.

Ummm let's see.....
Stay at Poly, Beach Club, GF, CR, and WL for a week each. All with the best views available. Do a Wishes and Illuminations Cruise. Take some of the tours. Bring a few friends and a sitter to help out with the kids for some alone time with DH. You know what if I had that much money, I would just rent the park after hours once a week for a month so that all of us DISers here could enjoy it too!

But to reality.....I think what we do when we go is perfect and truthfully the only thing I wish for is to be able to stay on property affordably with DH and our 5 DCherubs!

I'd do a couple nights at every resort (not counting the All Stars) - since money is no object, I wouldn't be the one packing and moving me, anyway! :teeth:

Well first of all I would want to be flying first class. I'd want to go on the Disney Cruise first since I've never done that before. I've never stayed at any of the expensive hotels, so I would want a chance to stay at all of them for a few days each. I'd probably want to stay more than a month so I have a chance to do a lot of things! I'd be going to the parks a few days each (along with a couple days at Universal maybe) and quite a few days off from the parks so I can see what else there is to do. I'd eat at the most expensive restaurants and go to some shows or tours that sounded interesting. I'd also buy tons of souvenirs that I never usually buy because I never want to spend that much money. There's probably so much more I would want to do that I just can't think of right now.

Even with money as no object, I don't think I'd want to cram all my dream activities into one trip. I'd like two 2-week trips per year, concierge at a dfferent resort each time. Then over these trips I'd scatter in, illuminations and wishes cruises, water mice rental, magical gathering activities with the friends/family I'd bring along, circ d-sole (sp???) tickets, horseback riding at WL, a Victoria and Alberts dinner and all those wonderful tours. One of the things I love about WDW, is knowing there's always something to go back for!

I would stay at the AKL, have spa treatments at every resort that does them, I would visit Cirque, and maybe do a few of the tours. Oh yeah, I MIGHT visit V&A.

We kind of did this on our first trip to WDW last year. We stayed at the BCV for 2 weeks, did all the parks including both water parks, had some shopping days, relaxing around the resort days, non WDW days (at Discovery cove, shopping malls, Space Centre.) We also ate at nice restaurants. The only thing I would add if money really was no object would be to stay longer as there were still things I wanted to do but did not have time i.e. parasailing on the lake, horse rides around the woods, back stage tours etc. Maybe 6 weeks there would do it for me!!!!

For me one week, and than on to the Swolfin for 2 weeks, and than AKL for one week and than WL for the last week.;) Not necessarily in that order!:p

Oh boy! A dream trip to WDW!

I would split my stay between the Presidential Suite at the AKL and the Presidential Suite at the BWI. I have always wanted to stay in these suites since I saw pictures of them online. They are truly incredible! I would also get rooms for my close friends and family so we could all enjoy a trip to WDW together. I would arrange a special VIP tour of the savannah at the Animal Kingdom for just my family and friends. I think a fireworks cruise aboard the Grand 1 yacht would also be fantastic. I would stay for 2 weeks so I had time to see more than I usually do. I would also have a private Illuminations dessert party for my group and any interested DISers. What fun! I would also buy myself the neat chair I have seen for sale at Downtown Disney that has sketches of Mickey Mouse in the upholstery. I also think I would have to make a stop at the Art of Disney store and pick up an animation cell. I would also love to take the Keys to the Kingdom tour. Whew! I think I would be exhausted after all that. ::yes::

Money no object I would spend 10 days at Animal Kingdom Lodge in Concierge and then do back to back 7 days cruises on DCL. I'd do as many backstage tours as I could and would do Hoop Dee Doo and the Luau as well as the Mystery Dinner offsite.
