I love tattoo's, well the tasteful ones anyway.
I want one right now (although I have no idea what I want) but the problem being I'm not allowed to until I've moved out, and there aren't any respectable tattoo artists that will tattoo without parental discretion...
I also, don't want to get a tattoo here, I want to go somewhere else and find a respected tattoo artist that has good credibility. I don't care if it's more money, if it's being inked in my skin, it's going to be done well, and clean.

Anyways, I'm not sure what I want yet. Maybe some text of some sort. I haven't found something deeply meaningful yet, but someday I hope to.

I was watching Miami Ink the other night and these two brothers got tattoos of stiches on their arms in the same place their other brother had scars, kind of to honor him and let him know they're always there for him.
They were cool, and looked kind of real xD
It may be lame, but I'd love a tattoo done by Ami, or Kat.
I actually would love a tattoo like the one Kat has on her forehead, but the thing is, I don't want a tattoo that isn't easy to cover up. I also like Rihanna's stars that go up her neck.

As for where I'd get one, I was thinking behind my ear, on my wrist bone, or somewhere around my ankle.

I want an open star on the inside of my wrist. Then as my life goes on I'll fill it in with whatever it may be. Childrens' birthdates, or just plain black ink it in.
I also want to honor my cancer survival. I want just a small simple ribbon, if the have gold ink that would complete it. (Gold is the colour for bone cancer and childhood cancer) I have no idea where to put it. I'd think maybe the back of my shoulder, or maybe my hip. Or I saw this really cool idea on the inside of the foot, below the ankle on the heel.

When I turn 18, I'm getting a set of Hermes wings done on my ankles because I'm such a trackie that it isn't funny. Track's the only place I've felt at home in a sport. I played basketball and I was good, but I didn't really like the game itself. I play volleyball, and I love it, don't get me wrong, but it isn't a perfect fit like track is. When I'm on a field, everything I'm worried about or stressing over just fades away and all I concentrate on is running or throwing, or whatever it is I'm doing. It's got this vibe to it that calms me down like nothing else. So, I want a piece of that with me forever and seeing as the logo for track and field is Hermes' feet, I'm adding wings to the feet I've already got. In case you didn't know, Hermes is the messenger of the Greek gods and moves incredibly fast thanks to his winged feet.

My other one is going on my left side, on my ribs under my arm. It's going to be a gun with a muzzle flash and the words "It Goes" above it and "Bang" below it. My best friend ever (she's basically my sister) is designing it for me because it's our logo. We're loud, obnoxious, and potentially dangerous in public places. And we tend to state the obvious, hence the lettering.

I've been thinking about it ALOT lately because my dad, my aunt & my cousin are all getting tattoos together and I wanna get one too!
I'm allowed to, but I'm just not 100% sure if I'm ready/I want to or not yet.

My dad has this really amazing tattoo:

he designed it himself. The 4 skeletons are the 4 members of my family, and the heart they are dancing around is the House of Blues logo because my dad loves music & guitars and the House of Blues. And I love the skeleton face in the moon as well.

I have 3 tattoo's so far. I have a bass clef on my left hand near my thumb. My Uncle Troy who was very close to me had the same tattoo and it is in memory of him, he is passed away, very young. I have a symbol on the inner side of my wrist on my right arm, same place as my best friend has it, it means "The madness inside a human". And on my back, from shoulder to shoulder I have "To you who has no name, with love from the end of the earth." and they Japanese Symbol for KYO under it. It is a quote from a famoust Japanese singer/poet (my fav Kyo). I plan to get TONS more quotes on me. My next two will be "It's kind of fun to do the impossible"~Walt Disney, on my right side above my thigh and on my left side above my thigh I am getting, "Oe for sorrow, two for joy, three for girls, four for boys, five for silver, six for gold, seven for a secret never to be told."~Adam Duritz. The Disney quote resembles me and my mom, and the Adam one resembles me and my dad. And later I will get one that resembles me and my brother. And then I have tons more quotes that I want from various people. I want to be a walking peice of paper!! XDD

My parents do not approve of tattoos, or body piercings, but they have always said that if I choose to get things done, I have to wait until I'm out of the house.
Once I'm out, they don't care what I get inked on my body, as it's my choice.
