Without a doubt it would be Trails End over at Fort Wilderness. That's a superb breakfast with the biggest selection of food I have found at a breakfast buffet! The feel of the place is great too.

Yet another vote for Boma. The food is delicious, and it's a nice opportunity to visit the hotel if you are not staying there.

Captain's Grille at the Yacht Club. You can (or could last sept) order off the menu or eat from the buffet. Peaceful, not crowded and good food.

even tho there are characters, I would pick Crystal Palace. We love the breakfast there, characters or not!

If it is a MK day. Kona Cafe and Grand Floridian Cafe are both good and on the monorail. Epcot or Studio day, Capt Grille is good. Rainforest Cafe at MK breakfast is huge but the quality is lacking IMO

Boma for a buffet - very extensive selection of familiar and unfamilar foods.
