If You Were Going Tomorrow

we're thinking about driving up to orlando tonight and hitting a park or two tomorrow. If you were us, how would you go about it? Park hop or no? Which park(s)? We'll try to book FP tonight but obviously at this late of notice, i'm not expecting much.

I would just stick with the MK. Lots to do there and I love that park. LOL

Just one day? What evening show is your favorite? Wishes, Illuminations, Fantasmic?

I would personally spend the entire day at MK.

I'd get a hopper pass and visit all 4 parks - start at Epcot (not enter Epcot, though - just park & use transportation from there), AK, HS, MK, and end at Epcot. I've been to the parks tons of times so if I only had a day, I'd prefer to see a little of everything!

I am going tomorrow, as a matter of fact. Flying in around 4.

I plan on going to EP for a few hours and then going to MK for evening EMH. But we have APs. If I weren't hopping, I'd just go to MK.

If I had to choose, I'd pick a 1 day adventure at EPCOT. Lots of room to walk around, rides, food and shopping!

If you have been often, then I would either pick 1 park and focus on that or park hop all 4 parks. I do not have to do all the most popular rides so I can easily park hop and do quite a bit at each park without being too tired or crazed.

I wouldn't pick MK, simply because it's going to be the most crowded. I'd either do the whole day at Epcot, or do morning til mid afternoon at AK then hop to Epcot for the rest of the day, using my FPs there.

Stay away from MK on a Saturday. I'd choose Epcot.

I'd probably look at fp availability and pick based on that !

I'd put all the park names in a hat. Then reach in and pick one! Pull it out and just as you are about to see what it says, a park name that you are "hoping" it will be will flash in your mind. That is the park you most want to go to!

I'd spend my day at Animal Kingdom - it's my favorite park

Spend the entire day at your favourite park! Wouldn't bother with hopping because you'd waste a lot of time on transportation.

I live in Tampa and have a Florida Resident Seasonal Pass. Not sure if this would have any effect on crowds, but tomorrow (Sat 8/15) is the first Saturday in about two months that I'm able to use my pass due to summer blockout dates. I'm guessing a lot of people in the same boat may be going to the parks this weekend since we haven't been able to until now.

We do this fairly often. We usually go to MK in the morning, with a few fps booked. Then we'll head over to Epcot for lunch/early dinner, and book 4th+ fps if available. Then we go home

I seriously considered ditching work today and doing this exact thing. It's been a long blackout period..

Does MK have late hours tomorrow? And does HS have early? If so, I'd go to HS early, leave at lunch, have lunch and spend the afternoon and early evening at Epcot, have dinner then hop over to MK for their late hours. If I only had one day, that's what I would do. (I actually did this a few weeks ago when my BFF and I were there for just a weekend - we had lunch at Mexico and dinner in France). Then on Sunday we did another 1/2 day at MK (had breakfast at Grand Floridian Cafe) and 1/2 day at HS (had dinner at Mama Melrose and did the Fantasmic package).

Pick your favorite park and plan fps accordingly (what you can get). Don't park hop unless you really want to
