If you were becoming King or Queen, what would you have served at your coronation to your royal guests? Also, how well behaved would your kids act during the ceremony? I do wonder how much citizens of fictional Disney Royal Kingdoms pay for Royal events and if they are happy about it…

I'd go for Buffalo wings, pigs-in-a-blanket, various chips and dips - sounds good!

In the place of our King Charles I would do a buffet of foods from the commonwealth countries - for Canada - butter tarts, poutine, roast beef, salmon.

Are we suddenly king or queen of the region where we currently live?

If that means I’m suddenly Queen of the South, for my coronation banquet, I’d have regional favorites served to represent the different areas of the South - but the dishes would be updated & contemporary, sourced w/ fresh local ingredients, very farm-to-table, & in small tasting portions.

3rd Course - Salad Duo of Garden Vegetables & Watermelon w/ Balsamic
4th Course - Low Country Boil w/ Hoppin’ John
5th Course - Fried Catfish & Fried Gulf Shrimp w/ Cheese Grits, Slaw, & Hushpuppies
6th Course - Pulled Pork BBQ w/ Fried Okra, Potato Salad, & Green Beans (meat & 3)
7th Course - Succotash, Squash Casserole, & Butter Beans w/ Cornbread Dressing (vegetable course)
8th Course - Fried Chicken over Hoecakes w/ Collard Greens & Macaroni & Cheese
9th Course - Peach Cobbler & Blackberry Cobbler w/ Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

I’d serve surf and turf with some nice roasted veggies. For dessert a beautiful cake where you can actually eat the frosting, no fondant junk.
