If you were a betting person... POFQ?

Hey all!!
What do you think the chances would be for French Quarter to be open by December 2021? Or Jan 2022? We have our hearts set on staying there, and our dates are flexible! What are your thoughts? Thanks a bunch!!

I expect it will be open by the end of 2021...

But if I were a betting person, I would probably stay at the Bellagio instead...

I might be wrong but wasn't POFQ the last resort to open after 9/11? I think there are a lot of variables, most likely to be what does the economy look like once the virus is trampled down? As POFQ is the smallest moderate (1008 rooms vs 1536 at CB the next smallest moderate), I would guess it will be the last to open again.

I mean, I have backup plans for December 2022 just in case. But I like to be prepared.
