Neighbors of mine used to have these huge bushes out in front of their home. You guessed it...the water meter was back there somewhere. Every month the water company sent an "estimated" bill. LOL! Finally, they got rid of all the bushes and were frightened of what the "real" bill would be. I never did hear anything after that.
