if you stay at a Disney hotel are you Disney tickets included in the price of the hotel or do you have to pay extra?

also does anyone know a good site to book a offsite villa for 2 people

Nope, park tickets are not included in the price of your Disney stay.
If you book a package sometimes they will offer them at a discounted rate etc.

(We recently got 14 days for the price of 7 park tickets)
