Forgot to mention in my other post that the parks ONLY allow smoking in designated smoking area's within the parks. That's a good thing...however, if you smoke be prepared to search them out. Sometimes they are not exactly where they appear on the maps and some are quite a ways. Look for the trash cans that have ash trays built in on top of them. They are identicle to the other trash cans except that ashtray. That might help.
