If you skip the front desk, how do you get your dining plan refillable mugs?

Our resort room is ready. We can skip the front desk. So will we still need to go to the front desk to get our mugs?

No one gets their mugs at the front desk. You need to go to the Quick Service food area to do that.

I think there's an entitlement on your dining plan for it. Just redeem it at the checkout at a quick service location.

You just go to wherever in your hotel you would normally buy them, and when you pay, they are free!

Yep, just go to your closest QS restaurant and let them know you just checked in online, and you need to get your mugs now.
