If you ruled WDW what would you put in Alfredos place??

I think a really good CS with pizza slices, Chicken parm heroes, meatball parm heros, etc.. would be excellent.

Character meal geared to older children...one which is also appealing to boys. My vote is for a VILLAINS theme. They apparently had one a long time ago and it was removed because some of the younger kids found it scary, but I'd love for them to bring it back and just add in a "PG-8" rating (or something like that).

I guess it's sort of a moot point, since a new tenant has already been secured. I'd still want a TS restaurant, and maybe upgrade some of the existing Epcot pizza places to broaden the menus to include chicken parm, paninis, etc.

It's got to be authentic Italian not Italian-American. So for me I'd stick with a table service place.
