The handicapped parking area has some spots with signs that say they are handicapped parking spots and some that are marked with blue painted lines separating the parking spots.
These are the designated handicapped parking spots and only people with a valid state issued handicapped parking permit can park in those spots.
The county police DO patrol these lots and can ticket people parking there without a valid handicapped parking permit.
Near that area, as lanejudy mentioned, there are other spots that CMs can direct you to. Often, it looks like you are in the handicapped parking area.
The parking spots will be marked off with white paint.
As long as you are parking in a 'white paint' spot, you are fine. If you are parked in a 'blue paint' spot without a handicapped parking permit, you could get a ticket.
