If you purchased a resale.....

we had a really good experience with the timeshare store. I'm sure there are other reputable companies as well, though I have only the one personal experience...sadly that means I haven't added on nearly as many points as i would like:rotfl2:

We used Jerry at The Timeshare Store. It was a great and we would use them again!! No pressure at all! He took our information and called when something close came in that we might be intrested in. Our friends used them also and that is how we got the info on them. Good Luck!!:thumbsup2

I had a very good experience using **** and Jaki at **********.com. They always responded very promptly and the transaction went smoothly.

I would recommend the The Timeshare Store. I have not added on with them however, I was in the process of adding on - closing to be exact - when Jerry at The Timeshare Store called.

He informed us the sellers listed a contract they did not have. They had several contract and listed VWL when the contract was for OKW. This mistake made it all the way through ROFR and was in process of closing. Jerry at The Timeshare caught the mistake. The Timeshare store help us all the way. We were not held to the contract and had all deposits refunded. This was a very stressful event that could have gone very bad. It did not thanks to Jerry.

I have used The Timeshare Store 3 times. Never had a problem. Very easy to deal with. I used Jamie.

we used Jerry too he was great never a problem:thumbsup2

Our original purchase 196 points, was through The Timeshare Store back in 2001/2002. I did three add ons directly through Disney because I wanted same resort/use year. Seriously considering selling and would definately list the contracts with them.

The Timeshare Store worked great for us. We chose them initially as they had more listings than any other resale broker. However, we would use them again as our service from them was fantastic - as another poster put it, there were was no pressure from TTS for us to buy. To them it was just a simple transaction.

We went with Rachel at GMAC International and it was a very smooth and quick transaction. Regardless of who you use, I would recommend that you use a DVC specialist and not a timeshare generalist. The DVC specialists know the ropes of the DVC and can explain points availability, banking and borrowing, etc.

I used Jaki Apetz and **** *****. their website is www.**********.com

Excellent to deal with, very knowledgable of DVC since they have been selling for years and they are low key. No pressures added.

Good luck

We used GMAC and no problems. (they did sneak in an admin fee asnd additional title search thing so beware)

I'd say that's a very good reason to do business with them. Sounds like they are a reputable company.

I made my original purchase through The Timeshare Store and one add on. I've also made 2 add on purchases through Disney. My best experiences have been with Jerry at The Timeshare Store. Sure it takes a little longer, but I wouldn't hesitate the deal with The Timeshare Store again.

We used Robert from the TimeShare Store :thumbsup2 - He was very good. We also talked to Jamie during our transaction and she was very knowledgable as well. Would have no problem using either !!!:grouphug:

Another fan of Jerry at the Timeshare Store!:thumbsup2

We placed an offer on August 18. Jerry called me back in less than 10 minutes saying that the buyer accepted and our documents were e-mailed immediately. We were in the system and making reservations on September 16!:dance3:

Me and my DD's (ages 3 and 5) leave in 23 days to go see our new "home" while DH goes out to Montana to kill us an elk!

We bought a 100 point contract for AKV which we could have bought directly from Disney. We were able to save about $200 AND we got ALL of 2008's points since it is a Jambo contract!:yay: I absolutely would buy resale again. No regrets.

We used Jaki and **** at **********.com and were very pleased. People who bought the same day as us from different brokers took a few more weeks to close. Trust me, when you are waiting to close and book, every day you wait is torture! I was so impressed with everything they did and really thankful for the quick way things were handled.

WE had a very good experience with Timeshare Store, although that was quite a number of years ago.
