If you order from Garden Grocer, how do they pack cold items vs room temperature items? What happens to the cold items when it gets to the hotel if you are not there for pickup?

If you order from Garden Grocer, how do they pack cold items vs room temperature items? What happens to the cold items when it gets to the hotel if you are not there for pickup?

They packed our cold items in one bag and the non perishables in another.

Our cold items were in the fridge for us at the cabin we stayed at (Fort Wilderness) but they also have a fridge to keep them in.

This was our experience as well. All cold in separate bag and stored in refrigerator. You get to pick your delivery time but our room wasn't ready by then anyway so they automatically stored it and when we got in the room we called for luggage and let them know we had groceries too.

We were at the hotel when garden grocer delivered so it came right to the room for us.

Same as pp- cold items in one bag, non perishables in the other. In my experience, groceries were delivered before our arrival and kept at Bell Services. They held cold items in the refrigerator. They will deliver to your room when you arrive or you can pick them up at Bell Services.
