We're thinking we would like to do one TS meal, but can't decide which one, or where.

We will have 5 park days:
MK - Rope Drop
MK - Mid-day and stay till close
AK - RD
EP - RD
DHS - RD
And one day completely off (that we could use for our TS meal).

If you only had one meal, and children aged 3 and 6 (girls), what meal would you pick? We don't want to cut into our park time too much, but would consider it.

I would pick Ohana. It's my family's favorite. But I have two teenage boys, so if I had little girls, I would probably pick a princess meal. Sorry I'm not familiar with any of those. Maybe someone else can help out.

With small children I would pick any of these:

Donald's Safari Breakfast, Play n Dine at H&V Breakfast, Ohana's dinner or breakfast, Sci-Fi Lunch, or any meal at Crystal Palace

If your little girls like the princesses, I would suggest Akershus!! :) Crystal Palace is also a good one!

Easy answer for me. Chef Mickey's. All the main characters and the monorail passing through the hotel lobby is something they'll always remember.

With the age of your girls, I would do a princess breakfast. Either at Cinderela castle or the Epcot one. Get reaservation s before the park opens too!!!

Or I would do dinner at ohana's, schedule it befor Wishes, request a window table when u get there and watch/hear the fireworks while u eat

If they like princesses, I would try and get the castle. Other princess meals would be Akershus or 1900 Park Fare.

My kids really liked 'Ohana with Mickey. The characters at Crystal Palace have always been great (Pooh and Friends) too.

We were dispappointed in Chef Mickey's last time, the characters were very rushed and the food was so-so. Don't do Hollywood and Vine, you will be very disappointed.

If you don't mind spending a little extra money, you might try one of the dinner shows. I've always wanted to try either Hoop De Do Revue or the Spirit of Aloha. The food is all served family style. Might be fun to try something like this.
Happy dining!:cool1:

I would do the castle if I had two girls that age. Akershus would be my second choice.

With 2 young girls, I'd say Askerhaus, CRT, or Chef Mickey's.

Actually, it depends a little on what your girls like. If they are more into Minnie, Mickey, et al, I'd go with Chef Mickeys at the Contemporary. If they are into princesses more, than I'd go to Askerhaus or CRT.

With 2 little girls I would pick a character meal - maybe the princess one in Epcot.

I'd pick CP or Akershus.:thumbsup2 Both are great character meals for little ones, and they're both in the parks so you don't waste time.

I'd pick Akershus for breakfast - it is so good - you see a lot of princesses - great interaction - the food is delicious and the "lazy buffet" (they bring the food to you) - a free picture with Belle... if they like princesses - do this meal.

If they're more into Mickey - I loved the Garden Grill - Mickey, Pluto, Chip and Dale. I think if you need to see Minnie at a meal you have to go to Chef Mickey's, but I'm not thrilled with that place.

Good luck and have fun!

my kids loved the breakfast at Akershus. We made an early ADR and got some excellant pictures of the park before it opened.

Crystal Palace before the MK opens...you can get in before the crowds, have great photo ops, and then still make it to Fantasyland before the lines are very busy. This is our must do meal for each trip. The breakfast buffet is always good, the character interaction has always been fantastic, and the atmosphere is lovely.

We did also enjoy breakfast at Akershus. It is a little more expensive, but the character interaction was really great there as well, we also got in before Epcot opened, and it does include a picture package with Belle.

Ciderellas Gala Feast for dinner is really fun and good entertainment, for dinner there is Cinderella, Prince Charming, stepmom and 2 stepsisters. So funny my kids loved it. The food is yummy too!

Crystal Palace I would pick for breakfast before the park opens.

For a fun, party-like atmosphere, Chef Mickey's for sure!! My kids had a blast there!

With 2 little girls, you may want to do a princess meal, but I have boys, so I can't help ya with that one!

As a family, 'ohana was our absolute fave!!
