I know that LTT is a very popular Dinner Choice due to its character meal-but I was wondering if has anyone done lunch there? If so how was it-food, atmosphere, service, etc.?

I'm trying to decide whether to keep Tony's or switch...yes I belong to the crazy changing all my ADRs around club-I admit it

What to do, what to do? popcorn::

I would stay with Tony's just my opinion. I do enjoy LTT, but for the Character interaction. DS loves the mac n" Cheese, The bread is awesome and the salad is very good, but when it is buffet style brought to the table, it just didn't seem as warm as it could have been. Maybe it was an off night. It was Christmas Eve, so that could have been it. We have eaten there several times before and it is just ok.

I do love italian food so that could be why I love Tony's so much. Oh yeah, my DH's name is Tony, maybe that is why. :rotfl:

PracPerf is asking about lunch, not dinner. Dinner is definately mediocre, but you don't go there for the food at dinner time.

Lunch is very good at LTT and would be my choice. :thumbsup2

LTT is a la carte at lunch. :thumbsup2

We really enjoyed LTT for lunch on our last visit. We will be doing it again on our arrival day on this trip.

We really enjoy lunch at LTT and are eating here our first day. But we have enjoyed a good lunch at Tony's also. The panini sandwichs hit the spot for us on a hot day. It was not busy at all and a nice quiet, cool spot for lunch.
So if you can't change your ADR's you will still have an enjoyable meal.

Eaten at both, and I prefer LTT for lunch. Tony's is fine, but LTT is much better IMO. I love the salmon on pumpkin bread, and the berry shortcake... yum, yum, yum :goodvibes

DS & I ate lunch at LTT last Aug. I would definately return for lunch but cant get it into this Aug schedule.
We do have Tony's booked for lunch on our arrival day. Its the last MK table service for us to try.

We enjoyed lunch at LTT. We thought the food was really good. I've also enjoyed lunch at Tony's but right now LTT is my favorite. princess:

LTT, without a doubt. We always eat there for our last meal before we head home. We get an 11:30 (or thereabouts) ADR and finish up around 12:30. One last walk down Main Street and we're headed to the bus or car to go home.

The pot roast is wonderful (it's my personal favorite and I always get it). My family likes the Pilgrims Feast (roast turkey). My son loves the fried cheese - both mozzerella and cheddar. Great desserts.

It beats Tony's hands down.

Let's see - mediocre Italian food vs world class good old fashioned US of A food??? Yeah, LTT.

We like Tonys atmosphere..the food is good also..never been to liberty tree tavern..think i might have to try it this trip...

We really enjoy LTT at lunch at it is our usual place for a great meal at MK. The burgers are very good as is the turkey dinner.

We like going after 2 because it is less crowded and hectic.

If your lunch runs late, you sometimes can watch the 3PM parade through those wavy glass windows.

We had lunch at LTT last trip in May and we didn't like it. We were rushed, the food was just OK, actually DD and I didn't like it at all. DH isn't picky and when hungry will eat anything!!LOL I really liked the look and atmosphere though. But, we won't be going back. DD(8) was so mad that the mozzarella sticks were the beer battered kind. They were not to our liking at all. It was downhill from there!
We love Tony's and go every trip. The food, service and atmosphere is what makes us go back. The kids love it too.
