to do anywhere:
1. what would they be?
2. why?
3. what would you order?

there are so many choices and i can't pick so i am turning to my trusty reliable dissers to guide me.
last year someone recommended the strawberry soup at 1900 and i was skeptic but can i just say WOW.
so please help me out here! i need choices in and out of the parks, possibly at other resorts or DTD
TIA

WolfGang Puck Express @ DTD Market Place loved the food I had the Thai Noodle Salad with Chicken it was so good & the service was very good. they refilled the drinks at the table. We were heading for Earl of Sandwich which we love & it was packed so we tried WGP's-Can't go wrong with either of these places.

We also had some good meals at Pop Centry food court. and we love eating around the WS at Epcot. I would like to try the new FC at Poly heard they have Tonga Toast. Ate at Comics Rays at MK it was good. Flame tree at AK is one we always try to hit each time, love to get the food & go down by the water to eat.

At MGM (soon-to-be Hollywood Studios), we eat at Toy Story Pizza Planet. I like the pizzas there and you get a lot of food.

At Epcot, we go to Sunshine Seasons and LOVE IT! So much variety. I had tillamook cheese and broccoli soup with a chicken caesar salad. Amazing. The soups change regularly. There's a huge selection - it's cafeteria style with options like pasta, salads, soups, deli sandwiches, and desserts. Plus you can refill your drinks as much as you like.

I liked Tusker House but that's closing to become a character meal in the Animal Kingdom.

Columbia Harbor House in the MK is good. It's more of a New England style place with clam chowder, sandwiches, and fish. It's a breath of fresh air from burgers and fries CS places.

I'd like to give honorable mention to Starring Rolls (MGM) and Main Street Bakery (MK) - they have great choices as far as croissants, breakfasts entrees, etc.

I have to second Wolfgang Puck's Express, that chicken is DELICIOUS! And with them bringing your food to you and getting your refills, it feels more like a table service. I got sandwiches to-go from Earl of Sandwich three times this past trip, and they were so very good as well.

Flame Tree at AK would be one of my top choices. The ribs are always good, so is the pulled meat sandwhiches. Ive always had great meals there.

Casey's at MK would be another top choice for me. We love the hot dogs and we adore the "stadium" seating to eat.

Earl of Sandwhich is where we always go at DTD. They have the most yumiest sandwiches. It does get crowded, but its good food.

The sweetpea would pick Yorkshire at Epcot as her top pick. She loves the fish and chips there.

My favorites are Sunshine Seasons at Epcot (because there's a huge variety of food and I can please the whole family, plus the kids love the ice cream and desserts) and Pecos Bill (love the condiments bar) and Columbia Harbour House (because the food is good and different from most of MK and there's a nice view from the second floor seating) at MK. I don't like any of the CS at MGM. My family likes Flame Tree Barbecue at AK but I don't care for it. The only CS I've had at DD is Wolfgang Puck's, but I wasn't wild about that, either.

I second Flame Tree! We think it is the best counter service in Disney!:thumbsup2

CS? Hmm... usually everyone asks about TS, I have to think for a minute, LOL.

1) Pizzafari -- yep, Pizzafari! But not for pizza, for the Italian Sandwich, it's delicious.

2) Columbia Harbour House -- fish and chicken basket. It's basic, but good. They have salads and sandwiches that are yummy too, and vegetarian chili, lots of variety.

3) Tangierine Cafe -- large portions and a nice departure from burgers and fries. I haven't tried everything yet but so far everything I've tried has been good.

1.) Columbia Harbour House for the Lighthouse sandwich (hummus, tomato and broccoli slaw). I don't like slaw but this combination of tastes was worth the 30 min.:scared1: wait in line!
2.) Pop food court-breakfast pizza b/c where else can you get your bacon, eggs and sausage gravy on a handy slice of crust?:rotfl2: I loved it, but I can imagine a lot of people don't.
3.) Tangeriene Cafe for the chicken schwarma platter. It was very different from the other offerings we had been eating all week, and yummy! Liked everything but the green "salad" which was just like pure parsley. The meatball and rice platter was good, too but needed salt (never had "fast" food that needed salt!)

Wolfgang puck express....pasta bolognese...

Columbia harbour house.....clam chowder....:confused3 just gotta have it.

Artist Palette...SSR....Freshly made flatbreads.

I'll really miss....Tusker House....roasted chicken with mashed pot and
fresh veggies:sad1:

Pecos Bill for the Taco Salad.
Cosmic Ray for the rotisserie chicken.
Casey's for hot dogs.

Casey's Corner - Hot Dog & Fries
Flame Tree BBQ - Pulled Pork Sandwitch with Beans
Pecos Bills - Burger or Taco Salad

1. Anything at WPE in DTD, the food there is wonderful

2. Shrimp fried rice with egg rolls and peach oolong ice tea from China

3. Fish and chips from England

1. Tangierine Cafe (Morroco/EPCOT) Lamb & Chicken Shawarma Platter!
2. Wolfgang Puck Express (DTD) Pizzas!
3. The Pepper Market (CSR) Prime Rib with a horseradish drizzle!

These CS places have such a great selection on their menus! :upsidedow

Cosmic Rays - burger with fixins from fixins bar
Columbia Harbour House - Lighthouse sandwich: hummus w/brocolli slaw
Earl of Sandwich - really any sandwich (I don't have a favorite, yet!)

Artist Pallet @ SSR - Chicken BBQ Flatbread
Yorkshire Country Fish & Chips - Fish & Chips, of course.
Goods to Go @ OKW- Everything made fresh to order

Yorkshire County Fish Shop- fish and chips
Flame Tree Barbecue- pulled pork sandwiches and ribs
Sunshine Seasons-half chicken and mashed potatoes

On my next trip, I want to try the lamb shawarma platter at Tangierine Cafe.
:)
