If you had 7 full days at WDW, how would you split up the time at the parks? I haven't been to WDW in 4 years, and my family is finally going again this year. We usually go for about 10-11 days, but since we just signed up for DVC, we can only go 7 days (but it's better since we can now go more often). We're going in August, so once school ends, I'm going to have to start planning. My mother already booked the resort and the plane tickets, but I do the rest of the planning, since I'm the Disney expert in the family. :teeth: So I was wondering how everyone else here would split up their 7 days. I'm thinking ours will go something like this:

Magic Kingdom: 2 1/2 days
Epcot: 2 days (or 1 1/2)
Disney Studios: 1 1/2 days (or 2)
Animal Kingdom: 1 day

Really depends on what the main interest are of the group. Are there small kids going? Also, more show and slow paced rides or thrill seekers?

No small kids. It's my parents, my sister and I (18 and 21) and our boyfriends. I don't plan any time off because I have a lot of energy when I'm at WDW and have no problem waking up early in the morning and spending all day at the parks. My parents usually need to take a break and go back to the resort for an afternoon break, but that's about it. And of course everyone in our group loves all the thrill rides, except for my mom. But we also love shows and slow rides, which is why we really don't miss anything.

Your plan sounds good to me. We are going for 7 days also and we haven't been there in 3 years.

Hi,
I agree it depends on what you all like. I think it can depend on crowds also. We go so often that we play the crowd shuffle-too busy we move on to another attraction or park. Come back later. This works great for us. We went over Thanksgiving weekend and never waited more than 15 minutes in line.
