Hi all,

If you have subscribed to the MouseSavers Newsletter and you have not received it yet, please be patient! While the mailing company I use does send the newsletters out all at the same time (usually 9:00 am EST), your ISP may not deliver it right away. PLEASE allow 24 hours for delivery before asking people to forward it to you.

I'm delighted that so many of you look forward to getting the newsletter each month, but I have nearly 72,000 subscribers and I just plain can't diagnose every single problem individually. The link above will help you fix newsletter problems from your end.

One exception: if you are a charter.net subscriber, be aware that they have failed to deliver the newsletter to their subscribers for the past two months. I have done (and continue to do) everything in my power to fix this, but ultimately the only thing that will help is for you to COMPLAIN loud and clear to charter.net that you are not receiving a newsletter you requested. Meanwhile, you may want to go here and register a different e-mail address that is NOT at charter.net so that you'll have a better chance of getting the newsletter next month.

I apologize that I cannot do individual re-sends for everyone who requests them. It is just incredibly time-consuming and takes away from my ability to maintain MouseSavers.com.

I just wanted to thank you for such a wonderful job on these newsletters & keeping up mousesavers.com! I have been on that website more times than I can count anymore and look forward to the newsletter each month.
I have contacted charter about not receiving the newsletter and hope that they will respond, but if they don't, I will complain loudly until the problem is fixed!

I was so upset last month and did not understand why I did not receive my Newsletter!

I too have charter so I signed up under my Yahoo address last month.

Also my Yahoo address put my newsletter in my Bulk mail file, so be sure to check there also before emptying.
 
I have a hotmail account and it's still not there as of this afternoon. Could somebody please forward theirs to me at notazoo AT hotmail.com? Thanks so much. This is the first month that it hasn't shown up at all. It's usally later than everyone else but not his late.
 
Great work Mary!! You always come through with new and wonderful ideas on how to save money on a Disney trip and make it more enjoyable.

Just a note...I have a charter.net address and have not had any problems getting my newsletter on time. Maybe it has to do with geographic area?
 
I have not received mine yet either this month and my ISP specifically added you to the 'good' list early last month!!! I'll give it another day or so.
 
I haven't gotten mine yet either...at hotmail. If anyone would be so kind as to foward it to me...this is the first one I haven't recieved yet!!!

I just got mine today via hotmail also - and it wasn't here first thing this morning - just arrived around 11am CDT.
