If you could piece together the perfect DVC resort from pieces of the current ones.......

Speaking as a studio gal -

Oh DVC why oh why don't you put a stackable washer & dryer in any resort's studio unit? Even if you would dream up a new, higher, point classification, people would fall over themselves to book it.! I don't care if yo stack it in the corner of the main room by the slider to balcony & slap a mickey head on it re decor. No shade on any owner's home resort intended, but if they did so @ SSR, it would no longer be the last to fill

If I have to be more unrealistic, how about:

MK view from BLT, especially if you score a standard with decent partial for the lower point cost
BCV's for SAB's lazy river
Grand, jaw dropping lobby such as WL/AK/GF
Priority park spots (section of lot gated off via MB entrance) for owners only staying on points
&
If the imagineers could transport VB's ocean over that would be swell

They could have done that in one of the bathrooms at the Poly!! We just stayed there last week - LOVED the location convenience and unit size....but that one bathroom is such a giant waste of space!! It was big enough to be a dance floor!! What WERE they thinking??

WL resort and lobby with Poly Rooms with a monorail and the pool from Beach Club and Mara Food Court and animals from AKL wandering around.

My dream resort would be:

Spacious rooms of OKW 2 bedroom
Pool of BCV
Proximity to Epcot of BCV or BWV
Community Hall (kids love it) of SSR or OKW
View of AKV
Table service of AKV, BCV, BLT

Yup I agree this is pretty darn good. I would add or specify

leisure pool and walk-out rooms to the pool of BWV (and NO organized activites at the leisure pool please)
Community hall of Boardwalk with door facing the leisure pool and all the chairs
Best hot tubs, wherever those are (maybe SSR)
Convenient parking of SSR. Don't like those endless hallways of AKV and BWV.
Really good counter service of CRV or WLV
Cool Lobby of WLV or AKV Jambo
Really good counter service of CRV or WLV
Table Service with a buffet like AKV, a family style, and a quieter elegant
A grocery store that is better than ANY of the resorts today and no more than 30% overpriced.
Better pool bar than any of the resorts today, open longer
Refillable mug drink stations everywhere
Bus arrival monitors on a channel in your room (LOL. Run kids run!)

Love our DVC home resort is Saratoga, ok when just us 2 seniors
When the kids and grandkids come, love Kidani 2 BR
Wish there was a full service breakfast and an indoor counter service for BLD!lunch, lite dinner.
Don't do dining plan any more, breakfast in condo, lunch sit down in parks, simple condo dinner!
Wish monorail transportation to parks would be great!
SSR very convenient to DTD wish DTD visitors would have admissions checked as too many use the busses tonSSR to get to the parks!
BLT VERY NICE, studios way to small!
VWL a fast food area closer! Better pool!
poly too far from villas to food!
Never tried BWV orvBC but love their location need counter service for breakfast at BW!

One thing I want for certain: All Disney resorts should have a water feature as good as Stormalong Bay. Poll facilities is something Disney is way behind the curve on.
