which one would it be?

We're only going to one park on the last day as a surprise to our DK's (3 1/2, 8, 12) and DNephew (18). DNe has never been to Disney before.

Our plan is to be pool side for most of the trip and also checking out all the DVC resorts.

Problem is we all have a favorite park.

Let me know what you would do.

Thanks,
Missy

Epcot...I love Epcot at night!

Well, I always feel that Magic Kingdom IS Disney World. But that's me.

Given the ages of the kids and that your nephew has never been, I would have to say MK. It has rides and shows for all ages, and some thrill rides for the adults and older kids. I also think it has the best choice of restaurants and great parades/fireworks.

If it was just me, I would probably do Epcot, but then again my favorite rides are in MGM. Can you really just do one park?? I don't think I could.

When we planned our trip earlier this year it really was to get away and enjoy the resort (Saratoga Springs) as well as check out other resorts and do some pool hopping. Seems that every time we are at Disney the kids always ask if they can just go swimming. We've always done the parks and were just there with the kids last August.

I was thinking that the MK would probably be the best bet for us.

I appreciate your views.

I have to throw in another vote for the Magic Kingdom. It really is so magical to see no matter what age you are!

My favourite park is the Animal Kingdom, but I understand why a lot of people aren't so keen on it. If you are not into lingering and savouring its atmosphere you could easily run out of things to do by mid afternoon.

So I would say the safest bet is MK. Amazing atmosphere, great selection of attractions, great parades and fireworks and plenty to keep you occupied for a full day!

I would recommend MK. It's got a lot of classic attractions and a wonderful introduction for a WDW first-timer.
