If you could only eat one thing from the food and wine booths, what would it be?

I was at Food and Wine fest a few weeks ago, and had a few things. I will be going back this weekend, and making a lunch out of food and wine fest. I am wondering what everyones favorite is! (I don't mind having seconds of the ones I loved, but I want to make sure I don't miss something good!)

Bonus question: What is the one drink you would get, food and wine booths ONLY!

I think the food I'm most looking forward to is the fisherman's pie at the Ireland booth. Everything at Ireland sounds good to me this year. To drink, the Parisian Cosmo Slush is right up my alley.

Thanks all! Sounds like the fishermans pie is the winner!!

I will have to try that for sure when I am there this weekend, and the parisian cosmo sluch!

I am will take this list and have some others from it as well!!

(As a side note, I had the Medianoche sandwich, the beef and corn pie, the taste of Africa, and the mexican corn. I loved the first two, liked the third, and disliked the corn.)

Our vote would have been either the Tuna Sensation or the seared sea scallop.

Our drink vote would definitely be the Torched Cherry Colada at the Puerto Rico booth. We liked that drink so much that we've already gone out and bought a bottle of the cherry rum and served them at our World Series party this past weekend!

I'd vote for the taco at Mexico. Nicely flavored, slightly spicy shredded pork with a cool avocado cream. The tortilla is nice too, it tasted better than a typical supermarket one.
