If you could only do 1 buffet which would you pick?

If you could only do 1 sit down table service meal (not buffet) which would you pick?

If you could only do 1 counter service meal (resort, park, doesn't matter) which would you pick?

As I spend an unholy amount of time planning my trips around my ADRs, I think I should answer this one. :lmao:

Buffet - Crystal Palace (best buffet food AND kids love the characters)
TS (non-buffet) - Marrakesh
CS - Pecos Bill's

All three of these are Disney staples to me since my first trip in 1981 (well, except Marrakesh, as EPCOT wasn't open yet).

Biergarten - I love the food here and they have my favorite dessert in the whole park plus entertainment

TS - I can't decide. I need a little more experience in the category.

Wolfgang Puck and Express - Just YUM, a great value for a CS credit

If you could only do 1 buffet which would you pick? Without a doubt, Crystal Palace for breakfas--must have puffed french toast, potato casserole and see Pooh and friends

If you could only do 1 sit down table service meal (not buffet) which would you pick? LeCellier--cheddar cheese soup, pretzel bread, filet, cream cheese mashed potatos and chocolate on chocolate whiskey cake

If you could only do 1 counter service meal (resort, park, doesn't matter) which would you pick?
Cosmic Rays--I would go for the barbecued pulled pork sandwich with the eclipse chips (DH would pick the turkey wrap)

Answers in red.

One buffet -- Chef Mickey's because we did breakfast there on our very first trip with the children (DS was 2, DD was 9 months) and we've gone there every trip since. We have refrigerator magnets holding the pictures we've gotten over the years -- my kids have grown up in those pictures (DS is 12, DD is 10). We're going again in October and Chef Mickey's is one of our must do ADRs!

Table service -- This is a tough one! DH really loves Le Cellier, but there are so many we haven't tried. I guess I'll go with Jiko, we've never been there but I really, really want to try it someday (maybe in October?)

Counter service -- For some reason, at least once every trip, we end up at Cosmic Ray's. I guess it's just a convenient location, and it has Sonny Eclipse for entertainment, so I guess that's my choice.

Buffet--The Crystal Palace. I have both breakfast and dinner there, and both meals were great. Plus it is a beautiful restaurant. And how can you not love Tigger and Pooh?

Table Service--Le Ceiller. Yummy!!!:goodvibes

Counter Service--Pecos Bills. I have to eat there at least once a trip. Love the burgers.

Buffet-Tusker House breakfast with Donald. Good food plus it's a character meal.

Table Service-Victoria & Alberts. The only 5 star place at WDW; the food is in a league of its own, it's a special evening every time we dine here.

Counter Service-Tangierine Cafe. I like eating counter at Epcot for some reason and this is the best of the best for counter service.

I really liked Crystal Palace that being said we have only gone there for a buffet and usually avoid them with our little ones because they are more work then we enjoy.

Ts- we love Brown Derby but also love Sci Fi, Rainforest cafe depending on if it is for you or the kids.

CS-... Tangerine Cafe hands down!

Buffet: 'Ohana breakfast...not served buffet-style but family-style...still all you can eat. Excellent food and fun character interaction.

Table Service: LeCellier...delicious filets and yummy desserts.

Counter Service: Cosmic Ray's: portions are HUGE and fantastic topping bar.

If you could only do 1 buffet which would you pick? This is a hard choice because there are so many. y favorite though is Crystal Palace. I love the character interaction and the food is really good.

Now outside the parks I would pick Chef Mickey's. Their food is delicious and an time of day there is a wide variety of choices.

If you could only do 1 sit down table service meal (not buffet) which would you pick? Hands down Prime Time 50's Cafe at DHS. I love the fried chicken, tastes just like home. The atmosphere only adds to the fun.

Outside the parks I've only been to a few. My favorite is the Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney. The food, the atmosphere, everything is perfect.

If you could only do 1 counter service meal (resort, park, doesn't matter) which would you pick? Gonna list my choices by park:
1) MK: Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe
2) Epcot: Yorkshire County Fish Shop in the UK. Serves great fish & chips.
3) DHS: Backlot Express
4) Pizzafari

My replies are in purple.
