Repertory.
For example, now that there is a new film for the Epcot China pavilion, have some showings of the old film as well.
Theaters like the one Hunchback used to be shown in would alternate between two or even three shows, by using more compact scenery that can be swapped in and out.
Update the Carousel of Progress. It was billed all along as having six stages but only four are in use now. The repertory aspect would be that, to keep a five stage show from being too long, the stage corner shows would each show just one of its two sets for each audience. The result is that the overall show would vary slightly from one audience to the next. A five stage COP could have the first four modified back to what it was in its 1964 debut.
Compact changeable scenery could even allow such things as Mr. Toad and Winnie the Pooh coexisting in the same space. Details will be left up to the imagineers.
