If you could have a beer in only 1 location...

One beer?

:rotfl2:

Having done the drink around the world more than once (including during the Food & Wine festival, after a wine tasting- ouch) I think I can say that the best place at EPCOT would definitely be the Rose & Crown.

We have an authentic Hofbrauhaus Munich here where I live, so the beer hall on Germany is not a big deal to me. And the Ringnes is gone in Norway . . .

Well--I have 3 spots I like. Big River due to their unique microbrews. Raglan Road is good. And I recommend Cews Cup Lounge at the Yacht Club. A fairly decent selection there as well. (30 bottles, 3 drafts last time we went).

Biergarten. The beers are huge and strong and a pretty good value at $10 for a liter.

Hi I would go for either the Rose and Crown or Big River because they both have beer samplers really 4 beers in 1 they're great. Also will you be there for the food and wine festival in sept cot if so they have two beer samplings one at Rose and Crown and the other at American Adventure and they are both FREE.enjoy daveb

Hi if you have a minute have you heard the story of the international beer convention. All the presidents of the worlds major breweries were a t a beer convention and broke for lunch and of course headed to the bar.The mexican asked for "Corona the worlds greatest beer. The canadian asked for Molson Candian the finest beer in the world. The american asked for Miller the worlds best beer. Then the brit asked for a coke to which all seemes surprized and said 'a coke ????,to which the brit repleid" well if your not having beer I won't either" LOL daveb

I'm not even a sports fan, but I love having a beer at ESPN Club.:thumbsup2

Do you enjoy tasting different beers??? Big River Grille and Brewing Company is on the Boardwalk. They are a micro brewery with 5 different beers to try at any given time. You can order a tasting choice too which is fun to try. We like stopping in there and enjoying one of the beers for the season. They have a bar, outdoor seating which is right on the Boardwalk by the lagoon and indoor seating. It's cute at night with the piano man riding around and the other entertainers.

Not the easiest one to get into but Le Cellier. They have some beers from unibroue (http://unibroue.com/) Trois Pistoles is my favorite.:

Close second would be a Guiness or Smithwick's at Raglan Road (after 9pm, when the band is playing).

I would have a Guinness at the Rose and Crown. :)

We really enjoyed our pints (American, not European unfortunately) of Guinness at RR this month. :woohoo:

One beer?

I know, isn't that a sad state of affairs. If you were there the last week of October, I would happily stand you a pint at the Rose & Crown!

I would say get a beer from the Rose and Crown and then go listen to the British Invasion, a Beatles cover band.

CP pug: pug:

I think someone needs to stand up for Big River. It gets whacked around a lot here, but it's fresh, microbrew style beer, usually in a few interesting varieties.

excellent choice = IPA :thumbsup2

My DH, the drinker of the family (and the world!!), says for a 21 yo, definitely Rose and Crown. Best for atmosphere and beer!!

where would it be? My sister and I will be down in WDW shortly after our 21st and, although strapped for cash, I would like to hear you opinions on where you can get the best beer/atmosphere.

Some good suggestions have already been mentioned here. But I have two questions, before I can offer a Best Beer choice. Atmosphere I agree with Raglan Road, or the R&C pub, Biergarten can good also (I have mixed experiences there)

Ok the two questions - ok three. When will you be there? If it happens to fall during F&W your choices get quite expanded. (Disclaimer, the following is a question - not an assumption) If you were to drink a beer now, what would it be? The type of beer you like, can rule out some beers - or make a sugestion easier. Does it have to be in a park, or can it be a resort area? Big River Grille on the Boardwalk has some very nice choices, and usually have a seasonal brew.
