Don't be afraid to approach cast members for help (whether in the parks or on the phone), after all, you are a GUEST not a CUSTOMER. We have NEVER met a cast member who hasn't gone out of their way to point us in the right direction or offer advice for seating, dining plans, etc. It's not like the mall where you get "if it's not on the shelf we don't have it" or "did you look over there" or "I don't know where that'd be." Even the mouse-keeping and the bus-drivers at WDW are entertaining and informative so they're part of the magic too!
