If you could choose one DLR restaurant, what would it be???

If you could choose to eat at just one restaurant in all of DLR, which would it be and why?

I would stick with my tried and true, Goofy's Kitchen, because it's a longstanding tradition for me. I love the food, I love the variety of food, I love the characters - just the whole thing. I am a big kid at heart. I would do that as my 'special meal' at DLR whereas I bet a lot of other folks will say Blue Bayou or Napa Rose!

Like Sherry I love Goofy's but....... My pick would have to be Cafe Orleans because we LOVED our meal there and will return every trip from now on......we ate at Blue bayou the same day and while I loved eating wasterside my meal lacked the luster that our meal at CO's had and boy was the food good very very good....and the service was excellent...... They just made us fans for life...!!!!!!!!

I'm assuming that you're excluding Character meals, which are a whole different animal (haha ) than the rest of the dining options, IMO, I'd choose Cafe' Orleans. I love that, if I feel like it, I can get a Monte Cristo sandwich just like at Blue Bayou, but alot less expensive. But, mainly, I love their gumbo...and pommes frites...and Mickey beignets...and all-you-can-drink mint juleps...

Only 14 more days til I get to eat there again!

If money is not an issue, then I say definitely Napa Rose The food there is just so amazing. Otherwise, I would say Goofy's Kitchen. The characters are so great there and I really love the interaction. Plus, their food is pretty good and they have a decent variety of stuff

My favorite restaurant when we were there was the Carnation Cafe- I felt it was excelletn food and service, and the prices were very reasonable!

Carnation Cafe for us. The others I could give or take, but we just love CC for some reason. I personally love their croissant chicken club. (great, now I'm salivating)

As much as we love to go when it's raining (low crowds), it stinks because I can't get my CC fix

I am not sure about that one but here is the DLR reservation line number (714)781-3463. They are the best ones to help you with that.

My correction I just called the dining number and the guy told me you can do a walk in but since it is spring break and really busy. It is best to make a reservation or else you will have to wait as a walk in.

Definitely Napa Rose! I just love the food there.

Though other than that my choice would be Goofy's Kitchen. The food is great, and if you don't like something, you can choose another entree
