You have to wait until the Tag Fairy decides to do it. The colored words are called tags, and they're words that you posted somewhere and that the TF liked-- tagging is basically sentences she likes being memorialized in color under your name. You can't decide what will be there, unless you have something written there already besides Mouseketeer or DIS Veteran, etc. Those words will usually be colored, too, but the Tag Fairy decides which other phrase to put in and color.

The TFs don't come around the Teen Board very often, and most people get tagged in the Community Board or other places like that, but it's still possible to be tagged in here. =)
