If you can't get LeCellier, then what?

I can't get a ADR for Lecellier in Sept (just tried for a just planned trip). I will keep calling back, but wanted to get another ADR in Epcot in case I can't get the LeCellier one. Any suggestions?

Chefs de France defintiely. And considering they changed the menu completely pretty much at Le Cellier... I wouldn't even bother going to Le Cell anyways! :(

Fortunately, we did get LeCellier for dinner (first time for dinner, we've always done lunch in the past). We are also dining at Rose & Crown this year at Epcot and we have done Biergarten (love it) and Coral Reef (but it has been about 10 years since we did CR).

Reasonable question you will likely get a lot of subjective answers to.

My recommendation would be Biergarten in Germany (good combo of wide range of buffet selections and fun ambience). Also, if you don't get LeCellier, don't feel bad, I ate there back in February and frankly didn't see what all the fuss about it here is based on. Food and service were solid, but it was not the unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime be-all-end-all some people here make it out to be (plenty of steakhouses around where I live that blow it away).

I agree with the previous posters, but if you are willing to take a 5 minute walk from the back of EPCOT to the Yacht Club, they have a great steak restaurant there. Really, it's only a couple minutes, and gets great reviews.

I was going to suggest the Yachtsman's Steakhouse, too. It is an easy 5 min walk from the International gate (between UK and France) and the steaks are fabulous.

If you want to stay inside Epcot, Chefs de France, Coral Reef, or the Italy restaurant are all good.

Another for Coral Reef, there steak was really good last Sept.

We really enjoyed Tutto Italia (in Italy) last week and will definitely be going back. Matter of fact, I've asked DH to cancel Le Cellier (not impressed this last time) and make Tutto reservations for September.

Tutto Italia, Chefs de France and Beirgarten are our top 3 for Epcot I have pics and reviews of all 3 in my April dining link

Did you try only for dinner or lunch too? I wasn't able t get dinner but got lunch with no problems. When in Sept are you going?

Le Cellier isn't my first choice. I have a friend who read about it here and is pulling her hair out because they're booked for our up-coming trip.

I like Restaurant Marrakesh and San Angel Inn in the World Showcase and absolutely adore the Garden Grill in the Land pavillion. But I'd be fine with a hot dog in America...not exactly a culinary critic. :)

Good suggestion! Thanks! I hadn't even thought about lunch.

I just booked a Le Cellier lunch and it is a couple weeks away, so I'm thinking September shouldn't be too hard. :confused3

If you have problems let me know, not sure when you are going in Sept. but I have a lunch ADR I may cancel.

I tried calling for LeCellier for dinner the other day and the CM I was talking to told me to go to the restaurant day of to see if I can get in. She said she did that the other day. A lot of people don't show up.:confused3

Keep trying on the reservations for Le Cellier if you want them. I had a an agent check for everyday of my vacation (lunch and dinner) and nothing was open. I called the next day and was able to get lunch reservations.

If you can't get into Le Cellier and are willing to try something different - go to Restaurant Marrekesh.

keep trying for the ressie! I read somewhere else on here that a CM mentioned people are cancelling their ADR's at Le Cellier b/c of the new menu change :(
