I would have walked down the aisle alone or with my mom instead.
I would have sprung for the limo.
I would have PURCHASED a veil.
I would have NOT allowed my mom to make wedding favors...OR I would have micromanaged better. Not being a bridezilla, I left her to her own devices and on the morning of my wedding she had made all of 3 out of 80 when I went to pick her up to go to breakfast and get our hair done. She wouldn't let me nix it and knowing my mother...intervention was the only sure way to get these things done that she insisted having at my reception. So--would have managed that a bit better. (ETA: Forgot to mention that some part of the favor had the materials exhausted by the time we got to favor #5 necessitating a run to
Walmart for more material. I am still puzzled by the whole ordeal.)
And after seeing my actual wedding pictures, I would have hired someone different. (Tturns out I hired what ended up being the "lucky" shot photographer. Only gets good pics when she gets lucky. Some of our photos are just

)
I also would have had a mass--though evidently my husband's family liked that our wedding was SHORT.
All else was just WONDERFUL!!!
Would have done Disney for the honeymoon and if money was no object, would have done our religious ceremony privately and then do the whole shebang at Disney. But they really charged a lot back then and you had so much "minimums" you had to do. They seem to be a lot more flexible now for all kinds of budgets.
