We just bought today!!! 7 hours ago to be precise...we went to the DVC event at the Contemporary today, with NO intention of buying...but the deal was too good to pass up!

I'm SO excited!!! We're staying in a one bedroom Magic Kingdom view August 4th/5th and I can hardly wait (we had already booked the rooms with cash and they said they could convert them to points and give us the cash back!)

This is probably the most excited I have ever been about a big purchase! I'm only 23 so I can't wait for 50 more years of vacations!!!

Actually the price I listed was what was quoted to me and is different on my closing documents as I'm finding out . Since I initiated the contract with current incentives this thread made me go back and make sure the price that I was told was correct, which it isn't. I was told $86 per point but it is coming out $96, so I'm thinking my guide misquoted. There is no CM discount applied to the contract price I listed. Don't know exactly what my price will be at this point, but I'm fairly certain it will be $96, I'll keep you posted

I returned my contract today - 100 points at AKV ($94 per point) and 100 points at BLT ($96 per point) - got 2008 points for AKV - very happy!!
