If you book w/ Dreams Unltd.- Wiil concierge planning still send their ino. out?

Friends want a concierge stay and are getting a good price through DU. They are afraid that they won't get the PS planning brochure and personal follow-up from conierge planning if they don't book directly with Disney. I have no idea of the answer as I've always booked via CRO. Anyone know? Thanks. Threehearts

I didn't have any problem with concierge contacting me, but you can always contact them if you want to. Have your ressie # when you call or email them.

I booked through Dream Come True Vacations and my TA gave me the concierge email address to email the concierge office to give them my reservation number and info.

The Poly concierge emailled me back with the planning itinerary form.

When we go concierge, we like to contact the IPO office as soon as we book to start making our plans. I don't ususally wait for them to contact me.

I do this no matter how I have booked the ressies.

All of the contact information can be found on the first page of the Useful Concierge Information thread in the Resorts board.

let your agent know to pass along your contact information to Concierge. In addition your agent can give you the contact information for the concierge also (you can also find that information here on the boards.) It's always best to keep your agent aware that you are working direclty with concierge also--agent/client contact is important.

Yes, the Dreams agent can make all the plans for you that the resort concierge staff can do. They can also provide all that information (dining reservation numbers, recreation confirmation numbers, etc) to the concierge staff at the resort, so you will still receive the itinerary provided by the resort.
