If you book through CAA- can you still call Disney

and ask about a code and other things pertaining to your reservation? I swear I did a couple of months ago but when I called a week or so ago the CM told me that any dealings would have to be through our agent and not at all through Disney??

Yes, you can call and ask. If you had the CAA agent make your reservation then that agent would have to make an changes.

If you call CRO yourself and something comes up just book it and then have your first reservation cancelled. That is assuming it can be cancelled without penalty.

I have not had this sutuation, but I would not be surprised if they won't tell you anything about the res. Really, how would they know it was you and not someone trying to cause you some grief? If it were me, I would feel better if they did not discuss my res with anyone other than the TA.
